We are a family-run medium size winery and pay a particular attention to the quality of our products, ambassadors of the Trentino Alto Adige, a mountain region in the northeast Italy, very closed to the border with Austria and Switzerland, in the heart of the Alps with the Dolomites most famous mountains, which have become one of Unesco World Heritage site since 2010.

We have a winemaking experience that dates back to 1945 and a history of four generations. The winery, founded by Giovanni Simoni, is now run by his grandson Lorenzo and his adult children Federico and Chiara, the fourth generation. We are based in Lavis, a small village, 7 km north of Trento, the county town which has always been the center of the viticulture in Trentino.

The vineyards, about 40 hectares, are located at an altitude that vary from 300 to 700 meters a.s.l. with an alpine climate in Val di Cembra and Valsugana, in the hills surrounding Trento a Mediterranean climate favored by the influence of Garda Lake. Most of the vineyards have a declivity of 60% and this means a harder work in the vineyards, made by hand as well as the harvest. Our wines are the result of a dedicated work characterized by great passion and love which have been our trademarks since a very long time.

These wines, crafted from purposely selected grapes, express great personality, elegance and a distinct nose. They are the result of the deep connection between us and our land: Trentino. All our wines are produced with local vines cultivated according to an integrated production system respecting the natural and biological balance of the terrain. They represent the vivid colors and intense perfumes of our mountains. Everyday, upon prior booking, we organize tastings and visits of the winery to let you discover our wines guided by our staff that will assure you a kind of sensorial experience, in a world hidden beneath the city of Lavis, rich in history and charm.

A fundamental tour to understand how wine is made, to see where it rests, to smell its perfumes and share the work and the passion of who take care of it and work with it (all the phases of the productive process, from the area of fermentation to the refining, till the bottling and the storage). The eno-tour ends with the visit of the wineshop, where people can taste our most representative labels, matched with the specialities of the culinary tradition of Trento.
