WHERE WE ARE
Val di Non is the widest valley of Trentino, located in the western heart of the Province of Trento and it is famous throughout Europe for its apples, the symbol fruit of the territory. At the centre of the Val di Non is the large lake of Santa Giustina. In its waters find their way the many streams that run through the valley and that over the millennia have dug the earth up to form that set of canyons, gorges, waterfalls and ravines thanks to which today the valley is also known as "Valley of the Canyons" . Another pearl of the Val di Non is the famous Lago di Tovel, one of the most romantic lakes in Trentino, in the heart of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park. The rocky Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO heritage, frame the valley and protect the brown bear, while the ancient Santuario di San Romedio, one of the most characteristic hermitages in Europe, and the imposing Castel Thun, are the ideal destination for evocative visits in time and culture
