Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art

The Mart is one of the most important and renowned museums of modern and contemporary art in Italy. It offers thematic exhibitions, temporary exhibitions and artistic itineraries, which change periodically.

The Mart focuses on the art of the 20th century through its collections, more than 20.000 masterpieces representing the most important trends of the last century: Futurism, Novecento, Metaphysical Art, Abstract Art, Pop Art, Arte Povera up to the most recent artistic experiences, which are exposed periodically, according to the temporary exhibitions program.

Casa d'Arte Futurista DEPERO

Casa d’Arte Futurista Depero (Depero Futurist Art House) is one of MART’s venues. Born from an original idea of the artist Fortunato Depero, it is the only Futurist museum of Italy. The museum not only hosts thematic exhibits but also boasts a rich permanent collection. In the museum you will admire numerous examples of the artistic production of Depero, such as tapestry, pieces of furniture made of “buxus”, toys and applied arts products.
